I embed with early-stage teams to do the work that actually matters: untangle messy problems, build design systems, and ship experiences people keep coming back to.
Good design isn't just pretty — it has to make business sense. I keep both in view.
I care about how things look and how they work, and I know that one without the other is just decoration.
Outside of work, I paint, make music, and read things that have nothing to do with design, which usually makes the design better.
